Get Killing Floor, Homefront: The Revolution, and help orphans with latest Humble Bundle

The latest Humble Bundle will support Change30, a US Christian charity which supports Russian orphans with the guidance they need to lead fulfilling lives.

According to Change30’s website, the average life expectancy of a Russian orphan is just 30. When they are required to leave orphanages at the age of 16, many do so without the skills they need to navigate the real world. Change30 aim to break this cycle by providing life skills coaching, and housing and educational resources. You can help them do so by donating them a percentage of what you pay for this month’s Humble games.

Humble have partnered with Tripwire, an American studio who have remained independent since 2005 while quietly turning out some pretty great games. Known for Red Orchestra and Killing Floor, this month’s Humble Bundle is your ticket to getting some of their best games on the cheap, along with several more from other charitable developers.

The $1 tier will get you Tripwire's smash hit Killing Floor (rated 96%), Red Orchestra 2 GOTY, hardcore platformer Blackhole, and WWII flight sim IL-2 Sturmovik: 1946.

Paying more than the average (currently $7.19, or £5.32) will get you Homefront: The Revolution, Dambuster's near-future shooter which sees you fighting back against a North Korean invasion of the USA, as well as Killing Floor 2 and King’s Bounty: Platinum Edition, a 92% approved fantasy RPG-TBS hybrid. Heroes of Might and Magic fans: take note.

The $10 tier (about £7.40) will get you Rising Storm 2: Vietnam, a 64-player multiplayer FPS which only came out in May last year and is still goinf for £18.99 on Steam. You also get Call to Arms: Deluxe Edition, an indie strategy game.

All that for $10 - this is genuinely a pretty good bundle. Head over to Humble for more details.
