League of Legends' next big content patch is 7.3, introducing the new Blood Moon skins and event, as well as a host of balance and bug fixes. Camille's getting heavy nerfs while Vladimir is on his way to bufftown, and there's tweaks across a few others. Have a look below for all the information we've got, straight from the PBE.

LoL Patch 7.3 Release Date And Downtime

League of Legends patch 7.3 will be deployed Wednesday, February 8 at 3am PT in NA, 5am UK in EUW and 3am CET for EUNE. As always, keep an eye on the server maintenance page for the latest updates and exact times for your region.

LoL Patch 7.3 Balance Changes

That out of the way, let’s start with the really important bit, shall we? What you need to remember is that stuff on the PBE like this is neither guaranteed to happen, nor to be in the next patch even if it does. This is what the folks over at Riot are thinking about doing. We’ve got the numbers on what’s changing, and a general guideline on which way each champion, item, mastery, summoner spell or rune is moving.

Patch 7.3 Champion Changes

Camille - nerfed

Camille balance changes

  • Precision Protocol (Q):
    • Bonus damage on second hit decreased to 80% from 100%
  • Tactical Sweep (W):
    • Slow decreased to 80% from 90%
    • Slow now decays fully to 0% over the duration.
  • Hookshot (E):
    • Mana cost increased to 70 from 50
    • Stun duration decreased to 0.75 seconds from 1
    • Only grants attack speed if an enemy champion is hit.
  • The Hextech Ultimatum (R):
    • No longer persists after Camille dies. Will dissipate within one second.

Ivern - nerfed

Ivern balance changes

  • Daisy! (R):
    • Daisy no longer regenerates HP out of combat.
    • Daisy's armor / MR per rank decreased to 15/40/90 from 20/60/120

Jayce - nerfed

Jayce balance changes

  • To The Skies (Hammer Q):
    • Damage decreased to 35/70/105/140/175/210 from 40/80/120/160/200/240
  • Thundering Blow (Hammer E):
    • Mana cost increased to 55 from 40
  • Transform:
    • Hammer stance bonus AD ratio decreased to 25% from 40%

Kha'Zix - nerfed

Kha'zix balance changes

  • Taste Their Fear (Q):
    • Bonus AD ratio decreased to 120%
  • Evolved Reaper Claws (Evolved Q)
    • Cooldown refund decreased to 45% from 60%

LeBlanc - nerfed

LeBlanc balance changes

  • Sigil of Malice (passive):
    • Damage changed to 30-300
      • 20+10 per level through level 8, and +20 per level from level 9 onward
      • Overall nerf to levels 1-13, unchanged thereafter.

Malzahar - nerfed

Malzahar patch changes

  • Void Swarm (W):
    • Voidlings now spawn 0.35 seconds after cast, matching Malzahar's animation.
    • Now has a 1 second cooldown between casts.
    • 600 distance away from Malzahar, Voidlings move slower, scaling with each additional 100 units by 10%.

Rengar - nerfed

Rengar balance changes

  • Savagery (Q):
    • Dash range decreased to 150 units from 200.
  • Battle Roar (W):
    • Ferocity CC prevention effect removed, now only gets rid of existing ones.
  • Thrill of the Hunt (R):
    • Duration decreased to 12/16/20 seconds from 14/22/30

Tristana - buffed

Tristana balance changes

  • Rapid Fire (Q):
    • Duration increased to 7 seconds from 5

Vi - nerfed

Vi balance changes

  • Attack speed decreased to 0.625 from 0.644
  • Movement speed decreased to 340 from 345

Vladimir - buffed

  • Base attack increased to 55 from 52
  • Base attack missile speed increased to 1600 from 1400
  • Transfusion (Q):
    • AP ratio increased to 60% from 55%
    • Base damage increased to 80/100/120/140/160 from 75/90/105/120/135
    • Crimson Rush's extra damage decreased to 85% from 100%

Zyra - nerfed

  • Deadly Spines (Q):
    • Mana cost increased to 70 from 60

LoL Patch 7.3 New Skins

Second most important: cosmetics. Lovely, gorgeous cosmetics. Bit more of a visual medium this, so we’ve grabbed the best videos of each skin, as well as a lovely pic or two. Some are relatively simple changes, while others are total reworks of every part of the champion outside the gameplay numbers - new VO, new animations, new particles and the rest. It’s generally defined by how much they cost, so we’ve detailed that as well.

LoL Patch 7.3 Login Screen

Each patch has its own login screen with unique music. They're always fairly excellent, though 7.3's hasn't appeared yet - expect it in the next week or so. It will likely be based around the Blood Moon skins.

LoL Patch 7.3 Hunt of the Blood Moon mode

This is a new game mode, themed around the Blood Moon, that's being added as the Rotating Game Mode in patch 7.3. It takes place on a modified version of Summoner's Rift to be infinitely spookier, with teams blind picking from twenty assassin's and tower divers to make the most kill-heavy game possible. League Client Update

Development, as ever, continues on the new version of the League of Legends client. Of note in patch 7.3 are significant improvements to low-spec mode, which should help significantly with fps on lower-end machines.

Sandbox Mode

Development of the League of Legends practice tool continues. Full details in our dedicated post. Of note, Riot confirmed it will roll out during patch 7.3.

I was thinking those Camille nerfs were far too harsh originally. I mean they were looking at half the stun time, dropping to 70% (from 100%) damage on Q, and W slow scaling... Camille's early game is by far her weakest point, I'm not sure why they even questioned scaling her abilities damage...
