League of Legends' next big content patch is 7.5, introducing dragon-based skins and recalls for everyone, as well as a host of balance and bug fixes. Aatrox is getting some much-needed, long-awaited love, with big changes to various other characters too - a mid-mid-season patch, if you will.

LoL Patch 7.5 Release Date And Downtime

Pach 7.5 will be deployed to live servers as part of the downtime the morning of March 8, at 3am PT for NA, 5am GMT for EUW and 3am CET for EUNE. Keep an eye on the server maintenance page for the latest updates and timings in your zone.

LoL Patch 7.5 Balance Changes

That out of the way, let’s start with the really important bit, shall we? We’ve got the numbers on what’s changing, and a general guideline on which way each champion, item, mastery, summoner spell or rune is moving.

Patch 7.5 Champion Changes

Aatrox - changed

Aatrox balance changes

  • Blood Well (P):
    • Reworked
    • Aatrox fills the Blood Well through his abilities. When Aatrox fills the Blood Well to 100%, it becomes 'locked' and begins to drain over 4 seconds giving him Blood Rush for the duration.
    • While under the effects of Blood Rush, dealing or taking damage versus champions will fully refresh Blood Rush's duration (and fully refill the Blood Well).
    • During Blood Rush, Aatrox gains 25% base attack damage and 20-50% attack speed. Upon taking fatal damage, Aatrox will revive and recover 30% of his max health. Aatrox cannot revive more than once every 180-120 seconds
    • Blood Well capacity decreased to 100 at all levels.
  • Dark Flight (Q):
    • Cost removed
    • Damage changed to [10/35/60/95/120 (+110% total AD)] from [70/115/160/205/250 (+60% bonus AD)]
    • Now fills 20% of the Blood Well upon cast
  • Blood Thirst / Blood Price (W):
    • Blood Thirst:
      • Heal changed to [30/45/60/75/90 (+5% missing health)] from [20/25/30/35/40 (+25% bonus AD] 
      • No longer triples the healing while below 50% health
    • Blood Price:
      • Cost removed
      • Damage changed to [30/60/90/120/150 (+75% bonus AD)] from [60/95/130/165/200 (+100% bonus AD)] 
      • Now fills 20% of the Blood Well on proc
  • Blades of Torment (E):
    • Cost changed to 30 health from 5% current health 
    • Damage changed to [70/115/160/205/250 (+70% bonus AD)] from [75/110/145/180/215 (+60% AP)(+60% Bonus AD)] 
    • Damage type changed to physical from magic 
    • Slow changed to 30/35/40/45/50% from 40% at all ranks 
    • Slow duration changed to 2 seconds at all ranks from 1.75/2/2.25/2.5/2.75 
    • Now fills 20% of the Blood Well upon cast

Fizz - changed

Fizz

  • Urchin Strike (Q):
    • AP ratio increased to 55% from 35% 
  • Seastone Trident (W):
    • Bleed duration decreased to 3 seconds from 4 seconds 
    • Mark duration increased to 6 seconds from 4 seconds 
  • Chum The Waters (R):
    • Less generous auto-pick-up on not hitting anything directly.
    • No longer attaches onto champions that walk over it on ground.

Kindred - changed

Kindred changes

  • Wolf:
    • Mark time decreased to 3 minutes from 5 minutes 
    • Mark respawn time decreased to 50 seconds from 70 seconds 
    • Mark tier system changed now:
      • Tier 1 (0 marks): Crab
      • Tier 2 (1-3 marks): Crab, Raptors, Gromp
      • Tier 3 (4-7 marks): Wolf, Krugs, Blue, Red
      • Tier 4 (8+ marks): Herald/Baron, Drake/Dragon

LeBlanc - changed

LeBlanc balance changes

  • Shatter Orb (Q):
    • Damage to minions increased to 80% from 40%
  • Distortion (W):
    • Damage decreased to [40/55/70/85/100 (+20% AP)] from [85/120/155/190/225 (+60% AP)] 
  • Mimic'd Distortion (R+W):
    • Damage decreased to [60/120/180 (+30% AP)] from [125/225/325 (+50% AP)] 

Lucian - buffed

Lucian changes

  • "More reliably" responds to commands after Q or W casts.
  • Piercing Light (Q):
    • Added effect:
      • "Piercing Light's cast time decreases slightly as Lucian gains levels."
      • Changed to 0.4-0.25 seconds at levels 1-18 from 0.35
  • Ardent Blaze (W):
    • Cast time decreased to 0.25 seconds from 0.3

Miss Fortune - changed

  • Double Up (Q):
    • Changed first shot kill proc to cause bounce shot to always crit, and be affected by crit-modifiers.
    • Bounce shot base damage is now the same as the first shot.

Rengar - nerfed

Rengar balance changes

  • Base armor decreased to 22 from 25.88
  • Battle Roar (W):
    • Bonus damage healed from monster attacks decreased to 75% from 100% 

Ryze - nerfed

Ryze balance changes

  • Rune Prison (W):
    • Root duration decreased to 0.75 seconds from 1.
  • Spell Flux (E):
    • Cooldown increased to 3.25/3/2.75/2.5/2.25 from 2.25

Varus - changed

Varus balance changes

  • Piercing Arrow (Q):
    • Cooldown increased to 20/18/16/14/12 from 16/14/12/10/8 
    • Total AD ratio on maximum damage decreased to 150% from 165% 
    • Cooldown is now decreased by 4 seconds (affected by CDR) if the arrow detonates Blight stacks from at least one enemy champion

Patch 7.5 Item Changes

Blade of the Ruined King changed

  • Attack damage increased to 40 from 25
  • Attack speed decreased to 25% from 40%
  • Life Steal increased to 15% from 10% 
  • On-hit minimum damage increased to 15 from 10 
  • Combine cost decreased to 800 from 900
    • Total price decreased to 3300 from 3400
  • Active:
    • Damage changed to 100 magic damage from [10% of target's max health as physical damage] 
    • No longer self-heals

Doran's Shieldchanged

Edge of Nightnerfed

  • Unique Active Duration decreased to 5 seconds from 10
  • The below changes were applied to live on February 23
  • AD decreased to 55 from 60 
  • Unique Active Cooldown increased to 45 seconds from 30 

Patch 7.5 Summoner Spell Changes

Exhaustnerfed

  • Removed:
    • Attack speed reduction
    • Armor and MR reduction
  • Now reads:
    • "Exhausts target enemy champion, reducing their Movement Speed by 30%, and their damage dealt by 40% for 2.5 seconds."

Patch 7.5 Mastery Changes

Deathfire Touchnerfed

  • Bonus AD scaling decreased to 45% from 60% 

Stoneborn Pact changed

  • Reworked.
  • Name changed to Stoneborn Pact from Bond of Stone
  • Now reads:
    • Gain 5% total health. 
    • Your movement impairing effects brand enemy champions with an earthen rune for 4 seconds. Other allied champions who attack branded enemies heal for 5 + 2.5% of your maximum health over 2 seconds (halved if you are ranged).

Warlord's Bloodlust - changed

  • Reworked
  • Now reads:
    • Moving or attacking makes an attack Energized. Energized attacks have 1/1/2/3/5/7/9/12/15/18/21/25/28/32/37/41/46/50% Lifesteal and grant 30% Movement Speed for 0.75 seconds

LoL Patch 7.5 Tooltip Changes

Fairly minor in gameplay terms, but likely to make the game a whole lot more readable - tooltips are getting an overhaul to be nicer on the eyes. Colour scheme is changed, layout is tweaked. [email protected] have a nice picture.

LoL Patch 7.5 New Skins

Second most important: cosmetics. Lovely, gorgeous cosmetics. Bit more of a visual medium this, so we’ve grabbed the best videos of each skin, as well as a lovely pic or two. Some are relatively simple changes, while others are total reworks of every part of the champion outside the gameplay numbers - new VO, new animations, new particles and the rest. It’s generally defined by how much they cost, so we’ve detailed that as well.

Dragon Sorceress Zyra's passive and W seeds have now been visually tweaked. Her passive's blue seeds are now thinner, while W's seeds are a bit rounder.

Every champion and skin in the game is getting a recall animation. Huge amount of details as to how the team got to these particular animations over on the forums. Here's a full list of champions affected, including all of their skins:

I hate mastery's and I hope they get rid of them one day. We already have runes to increase stats (Which I also hate). People would actually have to understand champion limits and stats.

I think the same that you. Ryze have the lowest win rate of the game after Azir. Why they keep nerfing him?
