Blinded by fanboyism? Sorry to let you down there but I hold no attachment to either AMD or nVidea. I When I built my PC, I bought a nVidea card based off my friends problems with drivers for his AMD at the time. About 2 months later AMD's company focus changed towards games, and from what I've heard they've been getting better. Either way, my current card holds no effect over my previous comment. I sent the message because you were complaining, being misinformed.

The post is about nVidea sharing new news, yet you see it as PCGN writing a bias sponsored (unlabeled) post against AMD to exclude them. PCGN always make it clear when posts are sponsored (look at any of the actual sponsored posts about Logitech's gear). The wording of this post (both the part you quoted and the specification lists) is copy-pasted from the nVidea post, which IS the latest; most-informative post about the system settings within ME:Andromeda. It shared the settings you can manually change within the menu, something that was not known before nVidea posted their article. PCGN has simply pulled the latest information over to their website, and re-uploaded it. Sure, AMD cards aren't listed, but that's not the poster's fault. It's not like they decided they didn't want to include AMD. They simply pulled the latest data and posted it onto their website. It is not hard at all to compare an AMD card to it's equivalent nVidea card to tell if you can run the game. So why are you slamming the post? It is neither 'stupid' or 'scummy', it simply covers more detail than the previous.

nVidea's original post can be found in the article, hyperlinked on the word nVidea. You can click there and read it. Find the source of the wording you have been so sensitive about. If AMD were to post details about a new game, they would have excluded nVidea's GPU's from their spec lists in the same way, and if they were the first to share new information they would also be in the same place. This exclusion of AMD has nothing to do with fanboyism from anyone here. You're complaining to the wrong crowd. Please do head over and try to complain to the nVidea community about how they excluded your AMD card from their specifications list. I'll happily sit back and watch how that conversation spans out.

Of course DX12 or Vulkan isn't an option, even if the engine supports it.

It's easier that way and there won't be any benchmark showing AMD kicking nVidia's ass using the newer paths.

I'm not complaining - I own a 1050ti but it's 2017 FFS!

Oh, and Kirk... I'm not saying that this is a biased article but heck, it's pretty clear that the site gets nVidia's money (not that there's anything wrong with that).

I too was unknowingly signed up to G2A’s Shield. I had to call my CC company to change the password. I've never received an apology from them when I filed a complaint.

This!

It was my first thought while reading the GabeN response.

Nothing wrong in recompensing Modders' hard work, but mods should remain free as intended.
