AMD’s RX Vega release fake-out is cruel, underhanded, aggressive and bloody brilliantAMD’s RX Vega release fake-out is cruel, underhanded, aggressive and bloody brilliant

You Guys Know that for once this isn't actually AMD's Fault. Hynix has fallen way behind producing the HBM that goes on the VEGA cards. Hynix assured AMD they would have then HBM in mass production months ago and just last month they actually started producing. What I like is AMD didn't play the Blame game they just did what they could.Reply

Yeah, Hynix have been bouncing around between mass production and release dates for HBM2 for ages. Looks like yields are still an issue for the expensive memory tech... Again though AMD have dealt with that in a more confident way than they may have done in the past.

Dr. Lisa Su's engineering background and focus seems to have given the company a really strong foundation.

Microsoft don't need AMD's Vega or Ryzen tech to make Project Scorpio a 4K successMicrosoft don't need AMD's Vega or Ryzen tech to make Project Scorpio a 4K success

This article is sooooo misleading. You make it sound like a great thing that Microsoft is using yesterdays tech. Here is the reality, Lots of gaming rigs can run 4k in fact you may be able to push 4k on a ps4 if it would let you. Its the settings you would have to sacrifice to get there that keep people from doing it.
Not a good thing that they are doing this its really means that they will have to sacrifice more eye candy to get 4k to run well.
